Concepcion Hotel Boutique is gorgeous! The bright courtyards and pool area set a lovely vibe. Our queen room had high ceilings and great amenities. Breakfast every day was a treat, and the staff made us feel at home, even if we had a small hiccup with the AC.

also, i can't believe there’s no restaurant for lunch or dinner! $300 a night for practically nothing, i expected at least a welcome drink or an upgrade. so disappointing.

No hot water in the second-floor rooms made for an uncomfortable experience. The breakfast forks were super dirty during two separate meals, which was disappointing. Parking claims are misleading. valet is necessary, taking around 40 minutes to retrieve your car, essentially locking you out of using it. The breakfast lacked variety, offering only one dish each day.
